Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are governed by Google Play’s refund policy.
If you believe a purchase was made accidentally or without authorization, you may request a refund directly through your Google Play account within the eligible refund period.
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Used or partially used virtual currency (chips/coins)
Completed game entries or bets
Promotional or bonus items
Purchases made due to misunderstanding of game rules
If you experience a technical issue (such as purchased items not being credited), please contact our support team.
We will investigate and, if verified, restore the purchased items. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.
If you believe an unauthorized purchase was made (for example, by a minor), please contact Google Play Support immediately. We recommend enabling purchase authentication in your Google Play settings.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
